Trying to log in on WoTLK and Cata and its either stuck on "Connecting" or "Login Server Down", is anyone else having the same issue or is it just me?

Trying to log in on WoTLK and Cata and its either stuck on "Connecting" or "Login Server Down", is anyone else having the same issue or is it just me?
When your internet is fine but you are stuck at connecting, then the login server is down.
