Who do I contact about possible account compromise?

So way back when I played MoltenWoW A LOT. I've donated over $500(Probably about $700) on my account back then. I ended up quitting. Then I heard about the molten hi-jack and the restart of Warmane, so I came back to Warmane and I'm loving it so far. I had assumed that you weren't allowed to use your old Molten login info here because of the split of the hi-jack, so I made a new account, but I wasn't able to create the account under my normal username(Blkm0nk3y92), so I assumed it was some bug and changed it to 'Blum0nk3y92' which I'm using now, and didn't think none on it. Well after talking to a friend, I find out that you can use your old account to log in from Molten on Warmane AND if you had donated previously, you would have all of your coins reimbursed back from Molten WoW and like a free 80 or something. So I've tried logging in under my old username and it doesn't work, so I tried doing the email recovery and its not sending anything to my old email(The email associated with that account should be [email protected]). No relatives or anyone else has ever had access to any of my accounts or information, so I'm wondering if my old account has been stolen? The only reason I'm concerned now that I'm told this, is because I've donated hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and I figure if that account is still there, I'd definitely like to have it. Who do I message to look into this? I have all the information for this account, I've tried every password that's possible and if there was security questions on the account I know I can answer them. /:

Your friend did not tell that is too late, sorry. It was possible for a few months during 2015.

For all of it? So the hundreds of coins I've earned are gone? I had assumed that if they still have all previous records and what not, they wouldn't just throw away those coins after a few months. Now that I know that Warmane is still using a large part of Moltens system, I'd like to discuss this with a GM or staff member, because like I said, were talking almost $1000 i've contributed.

When molten came back up after the hi-jack you could "COPY" your old account into a new account where you we're avaible to change account name on the new account aswell.. And yes, they gave back your previous coins with a bonus.. But as Skullbashat said already.. This was only for a few months after the Hi-jack.. I do not think they can do anything about your situation as it was over 1 year ago this happend.. So I would say Yes, you have lost your coins. But I'm not in the staff so maybe they have some backups for it still Idk.

Seems like no one is giving you useful information so here it is.

I believe it is not too late if you have previously donated on Molten, as they still have the old donation logs. I am not sure if they STILL have it, but you can try your luck.

Try emailing [email protected] with all your account information possible with possible donation-receipt of anykind. Check your Google Wallet, look through your card transaction list and give them the information.
