Are the dungeon queues broken?

I queue as tank, 40 min go by it still says "Assembling Group.... Tim in Queue: <1"
Is it just my game?

That or no one queues for dungeons using the rdf solo queue. Your best bet would be to assemble your own group and queue once you get a full party.
Yes. I know it's very frustrating.

Nobody really knows if its broken or not but it probably is...

RDF work fine, I tested it. But no one use it
