I'm playing on Lordaeron and want to ask how to get headless horseman mount there since it should drop from reward you get from rdf queueing for holiday event. Is there some other mechanic becouse i saw players with that mount?

I'm playing on Lordaeron and want to ask how to get headless horseman mount there since it should drop from reward you get from rdf queueing for holiday event. Is there some other mechanic becouse i saw players with that mount?
The mount has a really low drop chance (1% or so, if I'm not mistaken) and the only 'mechanic' for the mount is to keep doing the dungeon every day.
