SUGGESTION: Items can be purchased in VP Store adjusted to Activity Rank

Based policy/change on October 23 2016
(Icecrown's point marketplace will be reconfigured in terms of items' quality to be in line of the offerings on other realms across the board)
I feel very odd if I have to collect points and improve my activity rank for purchase lower gears.
So I would like to make a suggestion to make the vote point more efficient and players got any reasons for collect point/login everyday then use their vote points for obvious reasons for better Icecrown :)
What if the items can be purchased in vote point on board with their activity rank?
For an example (For WOTLK):
(Activity rank -> buyable items):
- Agent -> player can buy ilvl 213-226
- Emissary -> player can buy ilvl 226-239
- Envoy -> player can buy ilvl 239-245
- Ambassador -> player can buy ilvl 245-264
- Legate -> player can buy ilvl 264 <
Please consider my suggestions as possible
Cause 'end game' players can't find any good reasons to increase their activity rank, and collect points everyday..

A: because activity ranks in harmony with the needs of in-game items
Q: Will it ruin PvP/Raid/RDF?
A: I promise it won't ruin PvP/Raid/RDF, you guys can imagine it (No more Glozenreg's User with 3k GS)

A: As far as my thinking, there are no bad impacts
