hallows end vendor?

ok so tried to find the vendor,and really dont have idea where it could be..on wow wiki there should be these vendors,chub,farina,darla and woim..
where could i purchase companions etc from this event ?
im confused,somebody please help

There's no Hallow's end vendors in Wotlk they were added in Cata.
In Wotlk you get the possible mount/pets by just finishing the dungeon.
