Transmog scroll bug (not sure if visual only)

So i got a transmog scroll on my warlock and bought some classic pvp shoulder and transmoged it. I have 2/5 t9 but now i see it like its different items and i am not sure if the set is working still or its just visual bug.

Since its hard to test it out if i could get an answer from staff it would be perfect.

We know about it, but I can't personally say whether it's a real thing or just a visual bug as I haven't been able to test it myself.

The thing i noticed is that when i click on another set item from atlas loot i see that i have 2/5.

So maybe it is visual.
