Mouse not appearing on client start-up

Anyone here on Windows 10 know why that whenever I install the client and run it for the first time, my mouse does not appear in-game? Been trying lots of different things, such as reinstalling and switching window modes, but nothing is working.

Anyone have ideas/fixes for this?

Right-click your desktop and select Display Settings.
Move the text size slider to the left.

That didn't seem to work. Any other tips?

Open the World of Warcraft folder.
Open the WTF folder.
Open the Config.WTF file.
Add a line to the bottom with this text: SET gxCursor "0", and save the file.
Start World of Warcraft.
