Need some help

Hello,

I am new here, and i need some help with logging in.
I am using Macbook Pro, and i recentlly installed WOW WOTLK, and ... i dont know how to create an account, or ... how to log in.
i have created an account on this site but ... when i try to login in game ... i get some error saying ... " unable to connect. plase try again later. if the problem persists, please contact technical support at ...."
what should i do ?
