You should be able to change it once you download the game and change the language in the config.wtf
You can find config.wtf inside the WTF folder and you have to change the SET locale "enUS" to SET locale "frFR"
i do it but that not change to french
Check if read-only option is checked on your WoW folder and WoW.exe, if so uncheck it otherwise changes won't be saved.
when i uncheck the folder and aply he check automatikli again
