Blackrock Needs Help

Hey,
I'm only posting in the forums because god only knows when is a GM going to log into Blackrock.
Latley the server has been filled with flying hackers teleporting into major cities and hackers in BGs for weeks now and no GM around to do something about it.
The reason I'm here today is because I was scammed and I need some help and don't know where to get it.
I opened a ticket ingame, ofcourse there is no answer.
I have screenshots that can prove that I was scammed and I would like one of the Blackrock staff members to pm me for additional information.
