My account has been stolen

I know this post should not be here but i don't know how to contact or where to post this.My account is gone email is changed with the password i'd love to talk to a GM i can provide a backup (WARMANE ENCRYPTED BACKUP) to the GM in helping to prove that account is mine.I hope for a fast responce and thank you in foward!

Ideal way is to ask them to reset the account's email address to the original one. (The one that was used to register the account.)
