Healbot Addon Issue

Tried to install the Healbot addon a few times. Not sure if the problem is on my end of the installation ( I have done this plenty of times) but it simply will not load. When I use the / commands for healbot in-game, it just brings up the interface menu, which is unresponsive, instead of toggling it on/off. Has anyone else had this problem or have a solution?

General question, have you made sure the add-on version is compatible with your client version?
Sometimes, even though they can run, they might not be fully compatible.
