banned without investigating !!

Hello , my account got banned for 4 days for ninja loot , while i really didnt ninja looted any thing i need a GM to PM with wrong thing i did with a real charge .... and u should investigate before u ban a player who didnt do any wrong thing! please dont ignore my post and please answer me
