Client keeps on crashing randomly

Hi, i have been having this problem for about 3 days now and it keeps crashing me when i am trying to quest on a alt. The client force shuts down and it keeps on happening for no appearant reason. It mainly crashes in outlands where i need to level up but it has also happend in other places. Any tip would be appreciated about fixing this problem :)

try to disable all of your addons

Forgot to mention this is on Frostwolf/MoP

I dont use addons

You can't do anything.
The issue is in the patched client + the server.
