huge fps drop

so today when i logged in my fps was 1 for some reason and whole day i cant solve this issue , i have no addons enabled and my pc isnt running any other ( bigger ) operations except wow , my latency is fine , so i dont understand why is fps so low , earlier i played on medium settings with 60fps , now i am on 1-3 fps with low settings , someone please help :P

It has to be a client-side issue. Considering you are standing on the same zone, check:
- That you are playing with the same settings, high - medium - low may vary depending on the hardware.
- That your PC is not running any background task (antivirus, updates, etc.)
- That is PC health is OK (temp, performance etc.)

I would also benchmark any other game that you have played before with that same computer.

all checked , all fine . just one thing , my win has done one update yesterday ( I am using win10 ) and after that update fps dropped , could that be a reason ?

Depends on what the update was about. GPU driver updates could make a big difference.

There was a pretty big update to how the XBox DVR works on Win10, and sometimes just updating drivers solves it. To do so (Tom's hardware forum):

Use DDU to remove your old drivers: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/...-download.html
Download the latest ones direct from nvidia, don't use auto detect: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

But if it is not drivers, then try disabling the DVR (from reddit):

Here's how:
1) Open Xbox app
2) Sign in with your Microsoft Acc
3) Hamburger Menu
4) Settings
5) GameDVR
6) OFF

For those that don't have a Microsoft account or can't remember the details of it or whatever, you can disable GameDVR this way:
Open Registry Editor (Run > regedit)
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore
Set the value of DWORD "GameDVR_Enabled" to 0
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\
Create key "GameDVR"
Create DWORD 32bit called "AllowgameDVR" and set to 0.

Note, after you're done with it you can remove the xbox app if you want.
1) Start
2) Power Shell, press SHIFT+CTRL+Enter to enter Administrator Power Shell
3) Type "Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage", Enter, done

tried that , even deleting xbox but it doesnt appear to be a problem , guess I'll just go back to win 7
