Is the cloud serpent riding skill bugged for some? Seems that some get it after being exalted. My character is exalted yet no riding skill?
Yes you get rep to exalted and than you need to do quest chain to unlock riding skill.
Done that and showed i learnt the skill at the time. Only once after i got the mount it said needed the skill.
