AMD Graphics Card, Wotlk and DirectX 11 support

Hello fellows,

I am currently trying to get to run WoW Wotlk version on DirectX 11, which it supports.
My graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7600M supports DirectX 11. My approach was to put SET gxApi "D3D11" in the config.wtf and added the -d3d11 to the shortcut for running WoW.
When starting Wow it immediately reverts it back to "D3D9" (DirectX 9)
After doing some digging on the internet, i found out that some people had these issues because of the settings they put in Catalyst Control Center. I changed all the possible settings to use the ones from the application, but didn't help.

I hear from people who are running it with AMD graphics on D3D11 so i hope someone can help me
