Hello everyone , first of all my name is Tony and i need your help . I'm new here i tried to download the game through the Download button above i selected expansion etc .. but when the download is ready i can't enter the game i dont know why . anyone can help me out :) ?

btw im using windows 10 i hope it's not a problem

You should specify your error message. A screenshot might be useful.

the problem is there isn't any error message, just black screen when you double tap on wow.exe and a shutdown
