Transmog question

How do i transmog into sanctified dark coven set...f or warlocks

What do i need/how to do it? Do i actually need the gear?

You have these options:
Arena transmog - if you have enough rating, just try to buy the item and it will be transmogrified
Item ID - you need a transmog token. When you have it, you type in the item ID of the item you want to get the looks of (you can find it in the URL when you look up the item on wowhead
Transmog from Inventory - you can acutally get the items in your inventory by looting Arena Cases or trading the items
