Fps drops

Sorry for wasting your time, but there is no other chance to solve my problem. I hope you could help me.
A few days ago i had really low fps 10-14 in Dalaran. Then i downloaded CCleaner and it fixed everything for 1-2 days. Now i think i get some viruses and made a clean reinstall on my laptop. I have win10. Now i have the same fps problems. Can you give me some advice what should i do? I updated nvidia driver.

if this happens only in dalaran, then maybe it's because 500+/- people sit in dalaran doing god knows what. other than that, maybe it's some addons you recently installed that is causing it. hope i've been helpful. cheers
