Stuck on connecting...

My game was bugging and I couldn't see NPC's or mobs so I deleted cache and wtf folder and now when I try to logon it gets stuck on "Connecting..."

I didn't delete anything, I downloaded the game, and followed the instructions, it doesn't connect. It's really irritating, I've even went into the WTF folder and changed the realmlist to logon.warmane.com nothing works...
