New HKs Ladderboard

My suggestion is to filter all banned characters from the ladderboard.
On top of the ladder we can see monk with 263k hks and
Earned Battle for Gilneas Victory achievement 10 months ago
Earned Temple of Kotmogu Victory achievement 10 months ago
as last earned achievements for example.
I'm pretty sure he is already banned for HK farming and if not should be.

You can request for an user to be removed from the leaderboard. At the moment this is not an automatic process, but we will look into it.
