Mocking Blow as Arms PvP in Icecrown

Is Mocking Blow good for PvPing as arms in Icecrown? I hear people say different things.

Doesnt do anything in pvp unless its bugged.

Test it urself but be aware that if its broken then u are abusing a bug when u include it in ur pvp rotation.

There was a bug that made it do damage. The damage was **** to other players but regardless of the bug or not the only time it's useful is against pets.
