Where is cow event?

Where is this cow event? thanks.. :D

In Wintergasp, Northend.

cow event is in middle of dire maul arena, actually the npc that teleports you to verdant fields, and in wintergrasp you can kill angry snowmans to farm valor (so far i didnt see any drop)
