Considering development on cataclysm is nonexistent the possibility of a new realm even for a new expansion is most likely never going to be a thing.
Sure, lets wait for a 1x realm PvP, 1x realm PvE, x7 realm and instant max level for vanilla, tbc, cata, mop and wod, make the dream come true.
