is Elementium Plated Exhaust Pipe removed from the vendor?

Don't worry, it works as it should. It just takes long to respawn, then it appears. But yeah, only once. You just have to be patient and buy it as soon as it spawns.

It spawns but you won't get it too soon because there are a certain group of people who camp it and attack everyone that goes near it when it's close to spawning. Plus they use the paladin sacrifice spell to become immune to anything so they can freely buy it. And on top of that, some use a "special macro" to buy it fast. so yeah, no chance for a lot of people to get that item too soon unless they make the spawn rate random.
