downloaded but cant play?

i just finished downloading the neltharion client, unzipped, started from wow.exe but the game just does not start?

wow.exe appears on task window, tried starting as administrator, restarted pc nothing happens?

edit:
"cannot stream required archive data. plase checkthe network connection" error shows up.

edit2:
created a new user as administrator, tried to start on that account and it worked. went back to my old/original user account tried again and it worked on that too.
