i need some help geting my old account back from moltenwow

this is dotyou and I have not been on in a few years you guys changed websites and I forgot my old email that was for the old account I have a high level warlock on one of your servers I wanted to play but I cant get into my old account need some help please I know I was a premium member or something like that you guys give us coins every December or something like that just get back to me and I think my old email was deleted please say there's a way to get back all my stuff thanks

all character went lost and everyone had to start all over again.
About your account it is too late to recover it ( as I said your characers would have been gone anyway)

what the hell happened I paid real money for that account I think they should be sued I had my awesome warlock all in high grade pve gear took me years to get to that point freaking lame thanks for your reply
