Few suggestions

Maybe a feature on the website that will allow you to check if the character Name you want already exists or not. Though i'm not sure if this will affect the Character Rename service. Also, a feature wherein you can put the items you want from the store to your Wishlist/Cart for purchase later.

1. Create new 1level char for check character name you want already exist and simple trick you can delete 1lvl character after you purchase re-name/faction change
2. Wishlist/Cart it's not big deal you still can open 1 notepad/wordpad and write items name

I would love a max. population/last 24h info on each realm on the information page.
