Been 7 days since appeal - why no answer?

My account has been banned for a total of 8 days now.
I filed a ban appeal 7 days ago.
I still have yet to receive any reply/response whatsoever.

100% I haven't done anything to deserve this 2 month ban either & it's clearly explained in the ban appeal I've made.
100% it was a mistake from Warmane's side & due to this mistake I wasn't able to do whatever I wanted to do before the gold squish occurred aswell.
Again, the ban was a mistake & I had to go through these consequences for no reason & on top of that not play for 8 days as that is my only account & has a couple 80's on it that I play.

What steps can I take as of right now as I'm simply just not getting a reply/response?

There is nothing you can do about it right now. Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take a few days to be answered. And because of christmas and new year holidays tickets take longer than usually. All you can do is wait.

how u make a ban appeal i cant select the current ban to make a appeal, the system ban me for 2 months is unfair because i use a program to evade rectrictions in my work to play there, i think was the IP give me the ban! im waiting for any answer

That usually happens when its the IP address not account itself that is banned. Are you using different IP when playing from home (not using the same VPN or something)?

I understand but 7 days!? Really? For something I didn't even do? Like damn ...

7 days? bro they baneed me for 2 months, Anyone0 i was played like 2 years this server the same way using vpn in work and normal ip at home im from venezuela, i cant select the ban in the ticket to ban appeal, i think that ip is banned from server (Rumania -Bucharest S09-104) becareful is any use vpn dont get a game end ban for me is hard wait 2 months, i hope the administrator check that and unban me but the world its unfair right? well i will w8 a week for answers...

Why are you using VPN to play WoW? It doesnt make any sense.

Dude my ban is also 2months long!
I said it's been 7 days sence my ban appeal with no response.

Wait until the appeal gets answered, which still might result in the appeal getting denied.
