Cant get my heirlooms back to horde

I had several heirloom items and I started a new char on alliance. I was able to transfer my account bound items to alliance but now I am done with them it wont let me send them back to horde where Ive started another character for which I need my heirlooms. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you put enchants with level requirement on them? If you did, you can try to replace them with lower level enchants that do not have level requirement.

No I didnt enchant any of my heirlooms
