New player, gold keeping pace with levelling

Hi All,

I'm a new player to Warmane, and while I'm quite enjoying it, being by far the busiest server I've tried so far, I'm wondering how folks handle the rapid pace of levelling when compared to the amount of gold you get.

Let me explain quickly. I currently have a level 23 Hunter, which happened in super quick time due to the high xp rate on icecrown. Problem is that because of the quick levelling, I'm only doing 1/4 (maybe less) of the quests I would have done, this means that the money accumulation hasn't happened as fast. This has caused major issues with being able to afford training and basic purchases. I can't even buy a cheapo bag from the AH, and I haven't even trained everything for a 23 Hunter because I can't afford it. I even had to go and farm 9 silver outside thunderbluff to get the next rank in first aid. I'm also still in my level <5 gear starter gear, having missed all the important end of line quests at the end of Durotar and Barrens.

Normally I would fund my alts for things like bags, basic gear and training, but I can't do that here.

Any suggestions, how does everyone else do it?

That's what I did on Lord. Worked just fine, but since Icecrown is 7x maybe people don't bother with lowbie mats idk.

Until level 80 you need gold only for riding skill. Later on, you start doing dailies and all end-game quests/old dungeons and raids/professions = tons of golds. Good luck :P

p.s. if you are so worried bout golds while leveling, just fill up your bags with junk that sells good at vendor, and you should be fine until level 80. Than hard grind your way to richness.

simple...

dont upgrade skills
dont buy mounts and riding skills

this way, you can experience "good" leveling pace as much as you like
also saving golds

Or just tell me your in-game name and I will send you some gold...

Remember, you get x3 gold from quests.
Selling some dropped reagents and even better if you have gathering prof.

How people don't have gold is beyond me.
