Something about realms...

Hi everyone.

First of all, i want to introduce myself. Im Neowolffist, i live on Chile and i came from a lot of servers of many expansions, but, recently, from Legion. I was looking for a server with the best PVE and PVP experience, then, i'm here, looking for the best Private Server from the world.

In all my search of THAT server, i read a lot of a server with WOTLK expansion, and obviusly, with a really good experience of game, without bugs and a lot of content that in others server, i won't enjoyed.
Thats its not the point of the topic, i can't decide what realm choice, can someone tell me about the 2 realms that WOTLK have? i want a realm that oldest and final content be complete (Like ICC and BT). Someone can help me and talk me about the specifications/characteristics that each realm have?

Icecrown -> A lot of population, many donators, generally superb PvE experience.
Lordaeron -> Hardcore PvE, no donating, no RDF. Only for the hardcore people who want blizzlike retail experience.
