Time of spawn

Hi ,hello ,community and staff. I'm writing about thing i noticed in Cataclysm realm if I may mention ,its Neltharion.I've noticed that the spawn time is fast.I mean i remember ,times ago ,when you attack places of opposite factions the most of time problem was of waiting for respawn of npcs .
It's like when you are high level ,of course ,i mean whats the purpose ,you don't even exist now ,your damage isn't ,like refleceted ,everything goes so fast ,idk ,where can you leave a trace ,
old times sake writing .... :)
