Multiboxing, Lordaeron, new multiboxer, horde

Hi guys
Noob here at multiboxing :)
Before I do something wrong or anything, just I question , and I hope some answers from you :)
ISboxer installed, all up and runing
what do I do next, concerning looting ?
do I install Jamba or something else ?
I dont want to mess around with anything untill I am sure what I am doing
I dont mind clicking on targets(npc) for quests, just looting is killing me ( quests )
I did read somewhere, that looting can be done with interact with target, but then I would have to press follow, every time I loot.. thats kinda same thing as looting.. pain in the ***.. or did I get that wrong ?

What would be best action from now, what can you guys suggest for me to do and in what direction..
I made 5 man mage setup, just for start, till I figure things out and to learn how everything works
I have set autoloot on all chars, but still, clickin from window to window just to loot is pain/lost time

IWT set to some bind thats near your fingers,same as follow(i use alt+F for follow),mousebutton 4 for lootting with all.
Jamba will help you with quests following and other things.

I highly recommend 4x ele 1x pala,4x ret 1x dk or 4x dk 1x holy/tank.in those lines :)

i have alf+f follow and alt+a assist.. think its default.. but how do i set up mousebutton4 ( scroll ) for looting ? can you give me any pointers or link how to set it up ?
I was thinking about other setups but for start i think it would be easier just 5 same.. for now :)

I use key 6 for IWT + CTM and follow is on my 12 button MMO mouse.
You should get jamba addon as soon as possible makes everything so much easier.
