Hit Rate

Hello, people! My question is : Is the hit rate you get from talents shown in the hit rate you see in Character Info tab? Or do I add the Hit i get from the talent to the hit rate in the Character Info tab to get my over all hit? Thanks in advance ! :)

No,the talented hit doesn't show up on the info tab,so your hit rating is:character tab amount+talents.
