Faction Change gone wrong

Hello,
Yesterday i tried to change the race of my mage. Problem is i actually wanted to change faction to horde. My mage is Human, and i wanted to change it in anything in Horde. Then i though i could do that by using Service called Race Change, but i was wrong. I wasted 20 points, my mage is still Human (because i could choose Human, Gnom or Dranei). There is no support for anything you buy with points. So you can't get anything back.

Ammmm it is well-distinguishable from Faction change, so you can't really ask for a refund even irl..

And i suggest you to delete the screenshot, simply because it is against you, not warmane :d
