so my death knight is stuck in realm of shadows. And i have heirlooms on the character so i cant delete the char, please can someone help fast.

Let gms have their time, 15 mins aint cut it - delog, play another chara, make something random irl and check again in ~16 h - remember they aint bots :) Aaand ticket on website, hope you never use it, as it is only for ban appeals & coin shop problems...
