u alredy have max chars on acc

so i make like 400 tickets last 5 days. i deleted all my cata mop lor .... chars and i now have only 4 on icecrown and it was all fine then 4 days ago i wanted to make my 5th and theres msg u alredy have max chars on acc... gm say delete chache wait reset reinstal download new clinet wait crash etc.
i did all of that i even give my friedn acc to try from him client and pc and hes unable to make a new char on my acc. i cant make new chars on any of realms now and i have only 4 on icecrown as i said before and its not client related sicne i give acc to my best friend and my brother to try from thres pc i even insta wow on my sisters laptop and no still cant make new char. i make new acc non ''agent'' and its work fine but i dont wana donate again for ''honor acc'' since i aldy have all loom and staff on my old one. all is working fine sept the fact even if i have 4 chars on taht acc i cant make new one idk why i ltrly try all... any 1 here know or have same problem ty and sry for my ****ty englis

The only issue I can think of is some of customizations not available. Try recustomizing your character with different facts.
Also, it would really help that you wrote specifically the error message you are getting.
