you can restore it for free if it was deleted in the last 48 hours, otherwise for 20 Points or 20 Coins.
From the website go into:
My Account > Services > Select Realm> Select a random alive Character > Set Currency:Points > Character restoration

Now you will see a list of all your chaarcterd in the last 30 days.
As I said before if your character was deleted in the last 48 hours it is gonan be Free

i got no chars there only paladin 30 and i cant collect points :( and its last week so i lost it :(
