when do weekly quests and raid locks reset? iirc both are on different times and can be confusing sometimes.
For raids you can check that easily in Social -> Raid, upper right corner "Raid info" and it says when it resets.
It's on wednesday mornings.
Quests are friday sometimes, around 12 iirc, haven't been playing for a while, I guess it's the same.
