Simple,
Allow people who have donated over $1,000 a little say in what should be developed or tended to.
For example, I almost exclusively BG, sometimes Arena, rarely do Raids or Dungeons. I enjoy them all, but BG and PvP is my thing.
If I had the say in some things, on Icecrown I'd ask for Specific BG Queue to be fixed, To the Looter Goes the Spoils, attention to Blackrock etc.
Even though I haven't donated that much I am all for this as many big donors are pvpers and we seem to consistently get the **** end of the stick in pvp:
Low level dungeons and random quests with +2 vote ups being perfectly fixed before 1) all arenas open 2) Specific BG queue 3) various BG fixes, most significantly the various GY bugs.
This would certainly go some way towards helping get a bit of wotlk pvp focus :)
