I donated $100 today and the bank does show the money being debited from my account. Yet, I have not received an email or any coins from the site. I have verified all my information. Can someone please help? I was really worried about this process and would hate to have my bank to refund my money due to a Scam. Thank you for your time.
Still no coins. I really appreciate this site and what you are doing with World of Warcraft. I wish I could get my donation to your developers faster but it seems you have chosen a Third Party who is either lazy or doesn't care about your business. Issues like this can cause great projects to fail.
if you have donated via bank account it might take up 3 days
I used a Visa Card for payment. The Payment shows processed but still no coins. I will wait the three business days but after that I will have to contact my bank. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
