Yeah, the name may not fly. You may find yourself flagged for a name change. Your best bet to find out is to make a ticket asking about it.

Is a name change possible if yourt name is really offensive yea? 'cause I kinda need one I think. It has the dutch translation of cancer in with which may not fly with everybody
