Cannot faction change to Alliance

I can only faction change my shaman to Horde, but i want to change to Draenei.

I couldn't privately create a ticket as there were no other categories than "Ban Appeal"

I wish you can help me with this

I think you bought the race change instead of faction change. Things are working properly I can tell you that.

If you were alliance allready, you can only change to horde, then spend another 30 points to go back to ally and choose draenei..
Thats why its called faction change.

Any way I can refund that ? I am currently an alliance Panda and would like to switch to Draenei.
