Why is it that in the tickets for support there is only a ban appeal and no option for getting hacked? losing all the money on a character really sucks and its happening a lot. Its so dissappointing spending so much time building up a character and earning money just to have some ******* hop on your character and mail all of your gold away and it makes player not come back. you need to fix this warmane. i could accept the first time. changed password and then it happened again wtf.
There's no "fixing" to you giving your password to who you shouldn't, or putting it somewhere you shouldn't. If you did not secure your account properly and lost access to it, send an e-mail to [email protected] .
Also I moved the thread to support Q/A, this isn't a general discussion topic.
passwords are never given out and never put anywhere. accounts are just being hacked and our hard earned items and gold is being stolen. i can still access the account.
That isn't possible, there is no way for anybody to get your password unless you give it to them.Quote:

If someone else managed to log on your account it means they obtained your password. They can not get your password from Warmane so they directly or indirectly obtained it from you. If you haven't told anybody your password, haven't entered it where you shouldn't and haven't used the same password elsewhere then other options include having a keylogger on your computer (or a public computer if you have used one to enter your account) or someone watching you when you enter your password. To protect your account you can enable 2 step authentication on website under security.
