Is the Tier 2 Shaman ( The Ten Storms ) obtainable ?

As far as I remember the shoulders from this set are drop from some of the dungeons in Auchindoun. The head item, as I checked, it's obtainable via the marketplace for 20 vp. I have no idea if you can get it as a drop from somewhere tho... and I have no info about the rest items.
