If you want an answer to your question, no, they don't really need to be buffed, they could be there without the buff, also, they could be there with a debuff, also, the realm would still exist if the whelps weren't even there or if they were bugged. Carry on.
I realize now when you mentioned it that they are actually buffed lol. They are still no problem to handle on both 10 and 25 modes by any group with at least 3.5k gs...Quote:
