When killed by enemy faction in base in pandaria, where all the teleports and banks are, why do you spawn dead in westfall/barrens? and are forced to take ress sickness?

Definitely a bug. If you log out as a ghost then log back in, you are magically revived. No sickness guaranteed. Works everywhere.
